Michael has managed enterprise initiatives both large and small. He has experience with technology transformations, program management, organization change management, continuous process improvement, vendor management, and product sales & marketing.
Michael has worked in the Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare Payer/Provider, and Cable industries.
Michael holds many SAFe Agile certifications and is a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant (SPC5) and has provided coaching leadership on transformations to SAFe Agile.
